Inspire IVF in Bangkok achieved Temos International accreditation for Quality in Reproductive Care and Excellence in International Reproductive Care following an onsite assessment by international experts.
The achievement recognised work across clinical quality, patient-centred processes and the particular requirements involved in supporting people who travel internationally for fertility care.
Why reproductive care requires a complete pathway
Fertility treatment is rarely experienced as a single clinical procedure. Patients may need diagnostic evaluation, repeated consultations, laboratory services, genetic testing and careful coordination across an emotionally demanding journey.
For international patients, travel, language, documentation and continuity add further complexity. Quality therefore depends not only on clinical capability, but also on the systems surrounding it.

The value of independent assessment
External accreditation gives an organisation a structured opportunity to examine its processes against defined standards. The onsite assessment was led by Temos CEO Dr Claudia Mika and assessor Dr Mara Simopoulou, an academic specialist in physiology and embryology.
Accreditation is not a substitute for a patient’s individual due diligence, but it can provide an additional signal that a provider has subjected its systems to independent review.
A positive signal for Thailand
Inspire IVF’s achievement contributed to the wider development of Thailand as an international healthcare destination. It demonstrated that specialised providers can combine advanced reproductive services with a structured approach to the international patient experience.
At the time, ImagineHealth supported Temos International’s work in Thailand and welcomed the clinic into its accredited network.
